Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Berry Street Research Group LLC, a New York limited liability company based in Albany, New York (“Berry Street,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), which owns and operates 1chat.

Using 1chat

You must provide accurate account information, keep your access secure, and use the service lawfully. You may not abuse the service, attempt to access another account, automate excessive traffic, or use 1chat to violate the rights of others.

Memberships

1chat Plus is $20 per month and 1chat Max is $40 per month. Plans renew automatically until canceled and have separate usage allowances. Isolated agents and connected MCP tools are Max features. You can manage or cancel through account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

AI responses and tools

AI responses and tool actions can be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, especially for legal, medical, financial, or other high-impact decisions. Connected tools may access third-party services according to their own terms.

Availability

Models, providers, and connected tools may change or become temporarily unavailable. We may adjust the curated catalog, limits, and product features to maintain quality, safety, and sustainable service.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or create security, legal, or service risks. You may delete your account at any time.
